How much condensate does your station produce?
Water balance between the intake and the cooler or dryer outlet, on the same dry-air basis.

How we calculate
Method: ṁdry = Qintake(patm − pv)/(RdryTintake). Mixing ratio x = 0.62198 pv/(p − pv). Separated water = ṁdry × max(xinlet − xoutlet, 0). 1 kg of condensate ≈ 1 litre.
Assumptions and limitations: No addition of moisture or oil. A negative balance means the outlet air is not saturated; no water is formed. The dryer outlet represents total separation from the intake, not an addition to the cooler result already calculated. Below zero, ice rather than liquid condensate is assumed.

Method version 1.0. Standard references verified in the ISO catalogue; the physical balances are not calculations prescribed by ISO. Before final design, we will verify actual operating and catalogue data.
