2. Personal data we process
Through contact, enquiry and reservation forms we may process your name, company name and company ID if provided, email address, phone number, the content of your enquiry, requested equipment or services and reservation dates, and other information you choose to supply. Technical information may include IP address, submission time, browser and device details. If a contract follows, we also process information needed for the contract, invoicing, delivery, servicing and legal obligations.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Handling your enquiry or reservation and communicating before a contract is based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Contract performance, delivery, servicing and complaints also rely on Article 6(1)(b). Accounting, tax and other legal obligations rely on Article 6(1)(c). Keeping communication records, protecting our rights and securing the website rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). An ordinary enquiry does not require consent. If another purpose requires consent, we will request it separately.
4. Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle them, at most three years after the last communication unless a contract follows or longer retention is necessary to protect our rights. Contract-related data are retained during the relationship and generally for ten years after it ends where required by law or protection of claims. Technical and security logs are kept only as long as needed for secure website operation and incident handling.
5. Recipients and transfers
Authorised staff and contracted partners may process data to the extent necessary for hosting, website management, email and IT, accounting, legal services, transport, servicing or fulfilment. We may disclose data to public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data. Transfers outside the European Economic Area take place only under GDPR conditions, in particular an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access and a copy, correction or completion, erasure or restriction; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and request portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, uoou.gov.cz. Use the contacts in section 1 to exercise your rights. We may reasonably verify your identity.
7. Security
We have adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, alteration, loss or misuse. Access is limited to people who need the data to perform their work or contractual duties.
8. Cookies
The website uses necessary cookies and, depending on your choice, analytics, functional and marketing cookies. You may change your choice at any time using Cookie settings. Forms continue to work when optional cookies are refused.
9. Policy changes
We may update this policy, particularly when processing practices or legislation change. The current version is always published on this page.
