GTS and GTX use two-stage screw compression. GTS operates at fixed speed; GTX adjusts speed to demand. GSX Tower+ combines a single-stage screw airend, integrated dryer and filtration in a compact unit.
The oil-free ZRX, SCT and ZDX families differ in compression principle and capacity. Oil-free compression alone does not remove moisture or contaminants from intake air, so drying and filtration remain part of the system design.

GTS and GTX are oil-injected compressors with two compression stages and intermediate oil cooling. GTS runs at fixed speed and switches between load and unload. GTX uses a variable-speed drive to match air production to demand.
Both families use direct drive and are prepared for an external heat exchanger. An integrated heat exchanger for waste-heat recovery can also be ordered. The demand pattern during the shift helps determine the suitable version.

GSX Tower+ combines a single-stage screw airend, integrated dryer and filtration in a compact unit. A permanent-magnet synchronous motor and variable-speed control adjust output to demand.
Siemens control and an Inovance drive are part of the design. This family prioritises a small footprint for the complete compressor and air-treatment package.
Water seals and cools the compression chamber instead of oil. It removes compression heat without injecting oil into the compression space.
ZRX uses variable-speed control. It is designed for industrial processes requiring oil-free compression and varying air demand. Downstream drying and filtration are selected to suit the process.
SCT uses scroll compression without oil in the compression chamber. The range starts at 1.5 kW and also covers smaller compressed-air requirements.
We consider SCT for sensitive processes where oil-free compression and noise matter. The configuration and control method depend on the model and application; one control system is not assumed across the entire range.
ZDX is an oil-free screw compressor family for large industrial air demand. Its two-stage dry-running GHH RAND airend compresses air without injecting oil into the compression chamber.
Variable-speed control adjusts capacity within the machine's operating range. The system design also addresses cooling, air treatment and coordination with other compressors.
