We work with stationary oil-injected and oil-free machines, variable-speed drives and mobile compressors. The precise scope depends on the model, generation, serial number and availability of parts and diagnostic tools.
For GA machines we assess the airend, motor, cooling, oil system and controls. For oil-free ZT and ZR compressors we inspect the compression stages, drive and cooling arrangement. Scroll SF machines and centrifugal ZH machines require a different maintenance approach.
Mobile diesel machines also require assessment of the engine and cooling; E-Air electric machines require checks of the electrical drive and control system. Integrated dryers and filters are included in the assessment when fitted.
Our published projects include the overhaul of a GA 400 W after approximately 90,000 operating hours and a ZT 75 VSD repair with a replacement oil-free compressor during the work. These are individual case studies, not promises of a particular service life.
PEMA provides independent Atlas Copco compressor service. We are not an authorised Atlas Copco service centre.
