Air purity and treatment

Which class do the measured values meet?

Assess particles, water and oil separately. A blank field means a missing measurement, not zero.

Your inputs

Example data – these are not your operating figures. Adjust them before calculating.

Result

Enter your inputs and run the calculation. See the result immediately, without registering or providing an email address.

How we calculate

Method: Comparison of measured values with ISO 8573-1:2010 limits. For particle classes 1–5, the absence of particles >5 µm must be verified. For water classes 1–6, the absence of liquid water must be verified. Oil = aerosol + liquid + vapour. Class 0 is not assigned automatically.

Assumptions and limitations: Assessment of a partial sample, not a system certificate. Measurement uncertainty, sampling representativeness and the methods in the individual parts of ISO 8573 require professional assessment. Missing components are not treated as zero.
