New issue of the Compressed Air Economics bulletin
Efficient blow-off in production significantly affects the economics of compressed air consumption.
Efficient air blowing in production has a significant impact on compressed air consumption costs. We therefore make this the main topic in issue 2/2 2019 of the Economics of Compressed Air bulletin.
The bulletin explains which applications are suited to air blowing, the roles it can fulfil in production, the types and designs of air knives and blow guns used in practice, why they are used, and how they differ. This issue also takes a closer look at practical applications of air amplifier nozzles and vortex tubes.
As always, the issue includes examples from our analyses and measurements. The news section introduces a new flow meter from CS Instruments GmbH that requires no flow conditioning section.
